Description

  • Research and map buying committees within strategic accounts, including decision makers and influencers.
  • Build detailed persona profiles to guide outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls with relevant stakeholders and qualify leads by understanding their needs.
  • Develop and execute personalized account-based outreach through phone, email, and social selling.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing to support targeted account-based campaigns and messaging.
  • Nurture buying committee members within named accounts to sustain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM and activity records across sales and marketing platforms.
  • Track outreach performance against goals and share market insights with internal teams to refine account strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of using account-based marketing tactics to generate leads in complex sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends, with emphasis on value-based care models.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales cadence software such as Outreach.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach in dynamic and evolving market landscapes.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive within the assigned territory.
  • Must be able to travel by plane when needed and meet the stated physical requirements, including prolonged sitting and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
