Description

  • Process weekly payroll in Rippling accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify employee timesheets, timecards, and payroll entries for correctness.
  • Check regular hours, overtime, PTO, sick leave, holiday time, missed punches, and other pay-related entries.
  • Follow up with employees and supervisors to resolve missing hours, incorrect entries, unapproved timecards, and payroll discrepancies.
  • Work directly with employees to address payroll issues, timekeeping questions, and HR-related concerns.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding in Rippling, including data entry, document collection, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including pay rates, deductions, status changes, and personal information updates.
  • Support benefits administration and employee changes related to deductions and eligibility.
  • Generate payroll and HR reports for management, accounting, and operations.
  • Assist with document management, personnel files, workflow management, and general HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or payroll/HR support.
  • Experience processing payroll in Rippling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping, payroll review, and employee record administration.
  • Ability to identify errors in timesheets, pay data, and employee records before payroll is processed.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when resolving employee issues.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring weekly deadlines.
  • Experience with weekly payroll cycles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PTO tracking, benefits deductions, and employee onboarding workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of $45,000 - $46,000 a year.
