Description

  • Develop and grow the UK team of Technical Managers.
  • Implement the Ajax Systems training program for the UK market.
  • Deliver technical training to distributor, dealer, and installer staff.
  • Develop training materials and content for the Technical Sales Training Team.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Gather and provide product feedback and feature requests.
  • Visit key customers and present product solutions in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
  • Analyze customer needs with sales teams.
  • Test product features and create technical documentation for new products and solutions.
  • Provide technical vision and direction while traveling approximately 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading field-based technical teams, ideally in a customer-facing or partner ecosystem.
  • Background in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Hands-on experience designing and installing video surveillance, fire alarm, or other security systems.
  • Experience delivering in-person and online technical training to technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for business trips, trade shows, and professional events.
  • Self-motivated, independent, outgoing, and proactive approach to work.
