Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to improve product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions through technical consultation and support for key clients.
  • Perform market research and compare competitor products and solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the team.
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or Engineering.
  • 2 or more years of professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, or security.
  • Excellent working knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV systems and access control systems.
  • Experience installing or designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.
  • Public speaking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility for business trips, trade shows, and related travel.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
