Description

  • Assist the business development manager with technical support during customer meetings.
  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and internal teams.
  • Present new products and features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers on product and technology knowledge.
  • Provide technical consultation and support key clients with product solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Perform market research and compare competitor products and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Beta test new product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, fire detection systems, and access control solutions.
  • Proven experience in the installation and/or design of video surveillance, fire protection, intrusion, or other security systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Public speaking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Proactive, outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
