Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Ajax’s EN54 commercial fire line in Egypt.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fire installers across the region.
  • Work with consultants, architects, and design companies to specify Ajax products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data to shape and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry in Egypt.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications, standards, and market requirements.
  • Existing relationships with top fire alarm installers, consultants, architects, and design companies.
  • Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
