Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to deepen product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions through technical consultation and support for key clients.
  • Conduct market research and compare competitor products and solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the wider team.
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the security industry or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in the Greece region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven experience across the full sales process, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building with customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current electronic security technologies and trends, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Conversational English.
