Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Ajax’s EN54 line in commercial fire applications across North, West, and South India.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fire installers across the region to expand market coverage.
  • Build specification demand by working with consultants, architects, and design firms to position Ajax products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data and trends to shape and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives while prioritizing competing deadlines and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry in North, West, or South India.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications, standards, and market requirements.
  • Established network with top fire alarm installers, consultants, architects, and design companies.
  • Proven success leading the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and solution opportunities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a similar regional market is preferred.
