Description

  • Execute regional growth strategies aligned with Airtm’s overall company strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in Brazil across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Implement and scale high-performing growth loops to drive sustainable user growth.
  • Support go-to-market execution for new features and use cases, adapting global positioning, messaging, and pricing for local markets.
  • Partner with Product to ensure market fit and adoption for Ideal Customer Groups (ICG).
  • Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across channels, including supporting paid media and local SEO initiatives.
  • Manage and grow local co-marketing partnerships and customer feedback loops, synthesizing findings for the central team.
  • Optimize onboarding flows and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV with a focus on first transaction and localized retention strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research, run local experiments to validate growth hypotheses, and contribute to weekly performance reviews and regional reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Growth or Product Marketing experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
  • Proven experience owning the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience forming hypotheses, testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Comfortable managing multiple countries in parallel.
  • Ideally based in Brazil (open to other LATAM candidates with strong Portuguese proficiency).
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app) (preferred).
  • Background in fintech, crypto, wallets, payments, cards, or remittances (preferred).
  • Experience with incentives, referral programs, or rewards (preferred).
  • Experience scaling markets from 0 → 1 or 1 → 10 (preferred).
