Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution and performance of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Manage budgets, bidding, and keyword refinement directly in-platform.
  • Lead non-brand category expansion across key use cases from keyword planning through launch and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly performance updates and testing briefs.
  • Recommend changes across spend, bidding, keywords, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Execute structured experiments to improve paid search performance and document learnings.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing and Data teams to ensure end-to-end campaign tracking and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Experience building and managing paid search campaigns directly in-platform.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, and smart bidding strategies.
  • Experience in product-led or self-serve organizations, with focus on sign-up quality over volume.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights using tools like Looker.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of proactively sharing updates and flagging issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and insight generation.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and building scalable processes is preferred.

Benefits

  • $60-$75 USD hourly rate for all work locations, including remote.
  • 6-month contract with potential to extend.
  • ASAP start date.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Remote role based in the United States.
