Description

  • Conduct direct customer calls to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues, with a focus on AI and advanced platform capabilities.
  • Guide customers through complex implementations, automation workflows, API integrations, and database optimizations.
  • Proactively identify and address adoption barriers to accelerate customer success and increase platform utilization.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity through efficient case management.
  • Continuously learn and master new Airtable features and AI functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in higher education or a similar environment with an understanding of institutional workflows and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, especially no-code/low-code platforms and AI features.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience navigating databases, automations, and integrations.
  • Ability to independently research and master evolving platform capabilities without extensive formal training.
  • Consultative communication style with the ability to ask probing questions to uncover root causes and expansion opportunities.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, including high CSAT scores and successful customer engagements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment and adapting to new product updates and use cases.
  • Compensation for London-based candidates ranges from £61,100 to £75,200 GBP on-target earnings, depending on location, skills, and experience.
