Description

  • Provide support for SharePoint environments and resolve open tickets in a timely manner.
  • Perform PowerShell scripting for system enhancements and automation tasks.
  • Manage in-house production incidents and problem management for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to support business performance reporting.
  • Administer SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online across frontend and backend operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft on SharePoint requirements and challenges.
  • Design, plan, and execute data migrations from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online.
  • Share knowledge and guidance with team members to support continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting and managing SharePoint environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online administration.
  • Solid understanding of incident and problem management processes.
  • Effective collaboration skills with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in data migration projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
