Description

  • Set up new orders according to standard work practices and client-specific SOPs.
  • Track order status and confirm milestones are completed accurately and on time.
  • Navigate and interpret airline booking and tracking websites.
  • Provide proactive customer updates on delays, issues, and shipment status changes.
  • Escalate issues early and follow established resolution procedures.
  • Update, manage, and modify airway bills as needed.
  • Source driver coverage for any segment of an order.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication through email, phone, and text.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues surfaced through multiple channels.
  • Place orders for customers who cannot use the online portal.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented operations or customer support environment.
  • Ability to move quickly between critical tasks and manage multiple platforms at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer updates and issue resolution.
  • Ability to learn and apply initial or tenured training to operational processes.
  • Situational awareness and problem-solving ability to handle common and uncommon issues.
  • Comfort working with airline booking/tracking websites and operational communication tools.
  • Ability to meet minimum metric expectations for phone availability, acceptance, and service standards.
  • Understanding of milestone updates, delays, QPT/QDT, and escalation procedures.
  • Flexibility to work hybrid in Carlsbad, CA or fully remote within the US.
  • Preferred ability to use training and experience to identify alternative solutions that meet delivery requirements.
