Description

  • Create on-brand website pages, blog articles, email sequences, social posts, sales collateral, one-pagers, and feature briefs.
  • Own content from briefing and production through publishing, optimization, and performance review.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • Optimize content using organic traffic, engagement, CTA conversion, and search-visibility data.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across channels and correct messaging drift.
  • Use GA4, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools to evaluate content performance and guide improvements.
  • Evaluate and adopt content technologies and platforms that improve content quality or production speed.
  • Use AI writing tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for ideation, drafting, and iteration while applying editorial judgment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, supported by a portfolio.
  • Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and conversion-focused writing.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel stages and how content supports each stage.
  • Technical comfort with CMS, publishing, and collaboration tools.
  • Structured experience using AI writing tools in a content workflow.
  • Excellent written English at C1 level or higher.
  • B2B SaaS experience tied to pipeline, trial activation, or product adoption preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing or Product teams on launch content or feature messaging preferred.
  • Product marketing training, or experience turning content performance data into strategic decisions, preferred.
