Description

  • Develop and execute sales communication plans and calendars for launches, process changes, technology releases, programs, meetings, and required field actions.
  • Draft and edit announcements, newsletters, presentations, talking points, leader messages, FAQs, playbooks, job aids, and intranet content.
  • Translate complex product, technical, operational, policy, and compliance information into practical audience-focused messages.
  • Coordinate communication intake, review, approval, scheduling, distribution, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with sales leaders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate content, and align messaging.
  • Tailor communications for sales roles, distribution channels, leaders, and partner audiences.
  • Support change communications, sales training, meetings, conferences, recognition programs, and field events.
  • Maintain communication templates, standards, distribution lists, repositories, and editorial practices.
  • Monitor communication performance using engagement data and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements.
  • Manage assigned communication projects, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in internal, sales, corporate, marketing, or change communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, grammar, tone, structure, and plain-language skills.
  • Experience translating complex business, product, process, technology, or policy information into clear content.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience creating content for email, newsletters, presentations, intranets, collaboration platforms, job aids, and talking points.
  • Working knowledge of communication planning, audience segmentation, change communications, editorial standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, and measurement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; content-management, email-distribution, collaboration, design, or analytics tool experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales, financial services, insurance, automotive, F&I, or another regulated environment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and travel occasionally to business sites, meetings, training sessions, and events.
