Description

  • Respond to support requests via calls, tickets, and chats promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve a wide range of customer support issues received through the ticketing system, chat, or phone.
  • Manage issue tickets in Jira and coordinate with Development and QA to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and providing helpful information about products, services, and features.
  • Monitor incoming tickets, chats, and calls while meeting key support metrics and team targets.
  • Identify customer needs, assess issues, and work to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain customer accounts and profiles to fulfill support requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to team leads.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and quality control standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Support Specialist role, preferably in a billing-related position.
  • Experience handling support through tickets, calls, and chats.
  • Retention or sales background is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Fluent English with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work hours that accommodate the US market.
  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
