Description

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems.
  • Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team to complete work efficiently.
  • Interact with customers to provide transparent, high-quality service.
  • Work in a shop environment built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume setting.
  • Use tools and hand-tools effectively on vehicles, including those lifted above head level.
  • Navigate a computer efficiently as part of the day-to-day workflow.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience for A Level technicians, with pay up to $45 per hour.
  • 2-7 years of experience for B Level technicians, with pay up to $32 per hour.
  • 6 months-2 years of experience for Tire Tech/C Level technicians, with pay up to $27 per hour.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand-tools.
  • Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
