Description

  • Configure and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines and/or gateway PCs.
  • Integrate SwiftMR with MRI systems and PACS, including network and DICOM configuration.
  • Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DICOM, connectivity, and interoperability issues.
  • Support secure and reliable cloud-based SwiftMR operations for healthcare facilities.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients and provide application support.
  • Resolve technical issues related to integration, PACS, and MRI-specific configurations.
  • Document implementation procedures and troubleshooting steps for internal and client use.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to help customers maximize SwiftMR usage and results.
  • Plan and coordinate SwiftMR integrations with prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
  • Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software.
  • PACS support experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be a proactive team player.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT (preferred).
  • Experience implementing radiology software in a clinical environment (preferred).
  • Experience with Linux (preferred).
  • Fluent in Italian (preferred).
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and customers across multiple regions.
  • Starting as soon as possible.
