Description

  • Drive improvements in the global day-to-day workflows for fraud and safety agents.
  • Champion a data-driven decision-making culture to support continuous performance improvement.
  • Support tools and technical system changes across operational lines.
  • Design workflow and business process changes, including logical process design diagrams.
  • Implement process designs using engineering tools and processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical tools and processes across fraud and safety operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and innovations by analyzing technical and data systems.
  • Lead business requirements gathering from operations and translate them for product and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate discussions that influence system design, architecture, and prioritization.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to keep initiatives on budget and on schedule.
  • Promote continuous improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in front office or back office operations-related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience improving software development processes, including evaluating, implementing, and managing tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work with high initiative.
  • Strong data-driven analytical abilities and problem-solving experience in operational environments.
  • Experience delivering quality assurance processes for back office operations and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience implementing system designs aligned to multi-year product or technology strategy.
  • Experience as a solutions architect or in an equivalent end-to-end business enablement role.
  • US remote eligible, with occasional office or offsite work as needed.
  • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $106,000 to $125,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus compensation.
  • Eligibility for equity.
