Description

  • Own and drive the company-wide learning roadmap from strategy through execution.
  • Design, deliver, and evolve training programs for team leads and managers in a remote environment.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop or source technical and specialised training.
  • Create interactive and engaging learning experiences tailored to a distributed workforce.
  • Focus learning initiatives on practical, measurable business outcomes and real performance improvements.
  • Build bespoke internal learning content to address company needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors and educational tools.
  • Manage the L&D budget and make decisions on where to invest versus where to use scrappy solutions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in learning and development.
  • Ability to work effectively as a solo operator without needing direct team management.
  • Proven experience in a fully remote, global environment.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Creative approach to making training engaging, enjoyable, and memorable.
  • Ability to identify departmental bottlenecks and build learning solutions quickly.
  • Ability to pivot based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Proficiency with Sana, the company’s chosen L&D tool (nice to have).
