Description

  • Lead partner acquisition initiatives across Spain, Italy, and Portugal in collaboration with partnerships and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-potential B2B and B2B2C partners.
  • Conduct market mapping and build segmented prospect lists across travel and corporate verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Drive partner onboarding, activation, product integration, and performance tracking.
  • Represent Airalo to partners with clear product positioning, ROI narratives, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Use sales analytics and CRM tools to track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and report progress against OKRs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform pricing or packaging strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise or channel sales.
  • Demonstrated success acquiring new business, preferably in corporate sales.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong storytelling ability to communicate business value clearly.
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly organized and performance-driven, with experience managing multiple deals and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools to forecast and deliver results.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Italian fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Must live in and have valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
