Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts.
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring.
  • Support data privacy and protection compliance efforts, including GDPR and other regional frameworks.
  • Monitor and interpret telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across key operating markets and escalate risks as needed.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation to improve legal operations.
  • Support corporate governance matters, including entity management and coordination with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Security teams on legal matters affecting employees, vendors, and company policy.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification with 2+ years PQE, or equivalent.
  • Solid general commercial experience drafting and negotiating partnership, vendor, and distribution agreements.
  • General commercial practice experience gained in a fast-growing company is ideal.
  • Comfort advising colleagues directly in plain language at the design stage rather than after the fact.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities without close supervision.
  • In-house experience at a technology or digital product company is preferred.
  • Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
  • Exposure to telecommunications, consumer protection, or other sector-specific regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience building or improving legal operations tooling such as templates, playbooks, or contract automation tools like Juro is preferred.
  • English fluency and comfort communicating in meetings and asynchronously are required.
