Description

  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process for Growth, including gathering assumptions, challenging inputs, coordinating with Data, and preparing leadership narratives.
  • Maintain and refine the business logic, pacing, scenario planning, and target-setting frameworks built on top of Airalo’s forecasting model.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including materials preparation, insight synthesis, and follow-up tracking.
  • Run the weekly Growth operating cadence, including performance reviews, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations.
  • Build data-driven recommendations for spend allocation across regions and channels using CAC, pLTV, incrementality, and ROI signals.
  • Conduct regional deep dives by country, segment, and channel to identify growth and efficiency levers.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance to align on targets, trade-offs, and plan variance drivers.
  • Serve as the primary business partner to the Data team by consolidating analytical needs and providing business context.
  • Translate forecasts, dashboards, and experiment results into actions, decisions, and durable processes.
  • Lead cross-functional special projects such as diagnostics, efficiency audits, and market deep-dives, including short sprint engagements to solve specific problems.
  • Build decision-support frameworks such as ROI models, sizing models, scenario tools, and prioritization structures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the Growth organization to improve speed, clarity, and execution quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience owning planning cycles and influencing capital allocation decisions at a multi-market or global level.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining forecasting models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with scenario planning, CAC/LTV analysis, pacing, and ROI logic.
  • Strong analytical proficiency in advanced Excel and comfort working with SQL and modern BI tools such as Looker, Lightdash, or Tableau.
  • Experience with MMM models is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into recommendations and next-step actions, not just reporting.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and work through ambiguous or incomplete data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with channel leads, product managers, data teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing complex, deadline-driven projects and prioritizing across markets.
  • Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, travel, or subscription businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, including attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, incrementality testing, and funnel analysis, is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating experimentation roadmaps and interpreting lift tests or causal results is a plus.
  • Prior experience as the business partner to a Data or Analytics organization is a plus.
  • Must live in and have valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
