Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across onboarding, growth, scaling, and at-risk stages.
  • Run growth workshops, introductory calls, check-ins, and client communications across Zoom, Slack, and internal systems.
  • Set and manage realistic client expectations, including resetting expectations without overpromising.
  • Diagnose performance issues across offers, funnels, campaigns, sales processes, fulfillment, and client execution.
  • Understand each client’s contract, delivery stage, lead engine, payment flows, and applicable guarantees.
  • Identify early risk signals, structure escalations, and de-escalate difficult or frustrated clients.
  • Audit inherited accounts and verify client status, contractual details, delivery progress, and risk levels.
  • Identify and position relevant expansion opportunities based on client needs and progress.
  • Document interactions, decisions, risks, and next steps in Athena and Slack.
  • Collaborate with customer success, delivery, and onboarding teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing account management, customer success, or business consulting with direct responsibility for client outcomes.
  • Experience advising business owners on starting, growing, or scaling businesses.
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation, including Meta ads, cold email, funnels, and revenue conversion.
  • Ability to diagnose campaign and funnel performance without necessarily managing campaigns directly.
  • Comfort navigating contracts, payment flows, financial questions, and difficult client conversations.
  • Composed, solutions-oriented approach to escalations and operational problems.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on camera and in client calls.
  • Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-moving environment with limited documentation.
  • Comfort using AI tools and proactively testing new tools in daily workflows.
  • Ability to independently manage time, client portfolios, follow-ups, and changing priorities.
