  • Build, launch, and manage B2B Meta ad campaigns end to end.
  • Own campaign strategy, targeting, budget allocation, testing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Draft, write, and create direct-response static and video ad concepts as needed.
  • Report weekly on performance with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data rather than personal preference.
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams on testing roadmaps.
  • Explain what is working and why using transparent reporting.
  • Focus campaign success on booked calls and qualified sales opportunities rather than vanity metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running B2B Meta ad campaigns end to end, including strategy, targeting, budget, and optimization.
  • A track record of generating booked calls or qualified sales opportunities, not just traffic or engagement metrics.
  • Ability to provide transparent, data-backed reporting and clear optimization recommendations.
  • Proven ability to draft, write, create, and publish compelling direct-response static and video ads.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to take and give feedback constructively.
  • Experience at a performance or ads agency is ideal.
  • Experience managing multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously is a strong signal.
  • Ability to build or own a reporting dashboard tying spend directly to pipeline outcomes is a strong signal.
  • Ability to show specific optimization decisions with named results is a strong signal.
  • Not a fit for B2C/DTC-only media buyers, pure creative candidates without media buying experience, or media buyers who do not write or build ads themselves.
