Description

  • Own daily cash flow and treasury operations across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Oversee high-volume USD revenue movements and ensure corporate cards are funded on time.
  • Lead the transition from legacy payment infrastructure to a UAE-native card and payment setup.
  • Evaluate and implement payment and card platforms to reduce manual intervention.
  • Audit manual finance processes and convert them into automated or systemized workflows.
  • Build and maintain SOPs across cash management, reporting, payments, refunds, and reconciliation.
  • Work with external bookkeeping partners to keep Xero accurate, current, and properly structured.
  • Oversee finance operations across 2–3 entities with different products and revenue structures.
  • Hold external bookkeeping and accounting partners accountable for quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting on cash position, entity P&Ls, and key risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution roles.
  • Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams, external partners, or cross-functional processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-currency cash flows including USD, GBP, and AED.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing SOPs in finance operations.
  • Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting firms and holding them to a high standard.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and corporate card platforms such as Pleo or Qashio.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and execute without repeated prompting.
  • Experience with UAE corporate structures, specifically DMCC entities, is highly desirable.
  • Background in performance marketing businesses with high daily ad spend is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing entity wind-downs or cross-border entity restructuring is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Series A or early-scale finance environments is highly desirable.
