Description

  • Own the end-to-end user activation and content entitlement workflows.
  • Ensure accurate user data collection and timely provisioning of the correct products and content.
  • Continuously evaluate systems and processes to identify friction points and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Content, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and offshore operations teams.
  • Serve as the main point of communication for change management related to provisioning, entitlements, and content access.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or time-sensitive user issues.
  • Use data to manage team performance and set expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a rigorous ticketing system with data capture to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a dotted-line manager for the offshore team responsible for user activation and entitlements.
  • Implement routine quality checks and performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for automation.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in user operations or user fulfillment at a SaaS company.
  • Experience leading change with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and proactively identify challenges and solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on timely, real-time support.
  • Comfortable interpreting, analyzing, and deriving actionable insights from operational data.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement scalable workflows and leverage automation to reduce manual work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Experience building systems and using technology to drive operational solutions is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $142,000 to $195,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity.
