Description

  • Deconstruct messy sales, marketing, product, fulfillment, and support workflows into underlying steps and automate them end to end.
  • Build agentic systems, automations, internal tools, data pipelines, and reporting or attribution systems that drive real revenue.
  • Stand up or rebuild complex products quickly, making build-vs-buy-vs-reuse decisions under deadline pressure.
  • Own the integrations, data model, tracking, and other core plumbing that other systems depend on.
  • Diagnose why funnels, campaigns, or products are not working and fix the root cause rather than the symptom.
  • Continuously improve systems after launch instead of building once and moving on.
  • Work directly with the CTO and engineering team on frontier AI and internal platform initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong evidence of building and shipping things you personally drove, such as agents, automations, tools, or a product you initiated.
  • Hands-on depth with agentic or AI engineering, including LLMs, agents, memory, tools, orchestration, evals, and failure modes.
  • Experience in info-product, agency, or DTC/GTM environments, including funnels, offers, paid ads, cold outreach, CRO, or agency monetization.
  • GTM engineering or automation experience with n8n strongly preferred, or complex Make/Zapier builds involving branching, error handling, and API calls.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and a real coding language such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Ability to reason about business and user outcomes, not just code.
  • High-agency working style with the ability to make sensible decisions from a one-line brief and document assumptions.
  • Strong intellectual honesty and willingness to say "I don't know" rather than bluff.
  • Preferred martech or sales-tech depth, including CRMs like Close, tracking and attribution, ESP/email systems, Whop/Stripe, or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate in a direct, blunt feedback culture and handle hard critique constructively.
