Description

  • Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead complex programs involving multiple resources and cross-practice stakeholders.
  • Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions and integration approaches.
  • Develop and deliver client workshops, demos, and working sessions as a technical expert.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project teams and drive issue resolution.
  • Provide consultative and thought leadership support to AHEAD and its customers.
  • Lead pre-sales efforts by identifying opportunities, scoping work, and positioning services and products.
  • Create written deliverables and ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality.
  • Drive consensus with customers on complex solution decisions and implementation approaches.
  • Maintain and pursue advanced ServiceNow certifications and communicate new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform, with ITSM/ITOM preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong integration experience with third-party tools.
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs between different architecture approaches.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong project awareness, situational awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and lead multiple resources.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Preferred recognition as an expert within the organization and across multiple technologies.
