Description

  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops with clients.
  • Set and manage customer expectations and maintain close client contact throughout engagements.
  • Lead technical project teams to deliver consulting service offerings and ensure successful execution.
  • Drive and manage objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks/milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines to meet business goals and delivery deadlines.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable segments, determine approach, and make decisions on the way forward.
  • Perform final editing and sign-off on project deliverables and present deliverables to client executive management.
  • Support business development by participating in client discovery meetings, qualifying opportunities, and ideating strawman proposals.
  • Represent service offerings during the sales cycle by scoping projects, developing proposals, and presenting proposals to clients and C-level executives.
  • Develop and enhance AHEAD Advisory services and deployment offerings and act as a technology thought leader and evangelist.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge/skill development across advisory and delivery talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years as a senior information technology leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud adoption, data governance/strategy, automation, agile-at-scale adoption), including at least 5 years of executive technology consulting experience.
  • Senior-level consulting background with customer-facing leadership directing diverse advisory and delivery teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks (e.g., OKRs) and demonstrated business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and executive presence for presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent with the ability to solve complex, abstract problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening ability, and capacity to connect with different personalities.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site at client locations as needed while managing remote engagement responsibilities.
