Description

  • Lead customer cybersecurity engagements as the primary engagement lead.
  • Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and communications.
  • Deliver identity, access, and data security projects spanning assessments, design, implementation, migration, remediation, and operational transition.
  • Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, client stakeholders, and partner vendors to maintain quality and resolve issues.
  • Manage RAID logs, change control, decisions, dependencies, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Conduct kickoffs, status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates, and acceptance checkpoints.
  • Ensure delivery standards, documentation, evidence collection, quality gates, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support are followed.
  • Develop and track budgets, forecast requirements, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Staff and supervise project teams, provide performance feedback, and promote process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management and planning experience.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Working knowledge of security delivery lifecycles, including assessment, design, implementation, testing, remediation, cutover, and operational transition.
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts such as CNAPP, CWPP, DSPM, and public clouds including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with identity security concepts including IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, RBAC, SoD, service accounts, and secrets management.
  • Familiarity with data security concepts including discovery, classification, labeling, DSPM, DLP, retention, insider risk, and governance.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage technical and business stakeholders through security risk, compliance, and control decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing client expectations for scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
  • Preferred credentials include PMP, CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP familiarity, or equivalent security/project delivery certifications.
