Description

  • Lead Sage Intacct implementations from discovery through go-live using established methodologies.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and document business and system requirements.
  • Configure Sage Intacct modules, accounting structures, reports, dashboards, integrations, and marketplace solutions.
  • Develop test plans and support client testing and issue resolution.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Recommend best-practice processes and system optimizations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage multiple implementations while maintaining project quality and timelines.
  • Provide project status updates and collaborate with internal teams to meet milestones.
  • Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of ERP implementation or consulting experience; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Customer-focused and professional approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct modules such as GL, AP, AR, multi-entity, project accounting, and reporting preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct integrations, ISV solutions, ERP ticketing or PSA tools such as ConnectWise preferred.
  • Sage Intacct certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
