Description

  • Lead project teams and mentor developers to design, architect, and deploy complex, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Own solution architecture for complex, multi-module programs and coordinate resources across technical teams and organizational practices.
  • Design end-to-end solutions including custom applications, scalable Service Portal frameworks, and complex orchestration flows.
  • Lead integration design sessions and define strategies for connecting ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Run client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Create and present architecture diagrams, solution design documents, best-practice guides, client demos, and working sessions.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and troubleshoot the most complex platform issues.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, and strategic roadmap planning.
  • Provide thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and emerging capabilities to internal teams and customers.
  • Drive consensus with senior customer stakeholders on complex solution challenges and implementation approaches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Expert implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, with mandatory expertise in at least two of: ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, IRM, and HRSD.
  • Deep experience in the process areas of the ServiceNow products used.
  • Advanced development skills including JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and custom application development.
  • Strong hands-on integration experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design highly scalable solutions and evaluate trade-offs between architectural approaches.
  • Strong project awareness, self-starter mentality, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), any product line, required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred and a significant bonus.
