Description

  • Translate client business and operational challenges into Azure, migration, or AI agent platform solutions.
  • Lead junior and mid-level consultants by setting technical direction, reviewing work, and mentoring team members.
  • Scope workstreams, define deliverables, estimate effort, and manage engagement delivery with account teams.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Present technical recommendations and tradeoffs to client engineering leaders, executives, and governance boards.
  • Lead Azure assessments, landing zone deployments, migration planning, hybrid connectivity, and FinOps initiatives.
  • Design and deploy private, governed Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio environments.
  • Build GitHub Actions promotion pipelines with automated testing, evaluation thresholds, and approval gates.
  • Develop agents using the Foundry SDK and Copilot Studio, and establish pipeline-based ALM.
  • Create architecture documents, runbooks, roadmaps, governance packages, and enablement sessions for client teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of engineering or technical consulting experience, including 5+ years delivering Azure infrastructure, landing zones, or migrations.
  • At least 18 months of experience delivering generative AI or agent systems to production.
  • Experience leading small consulting or engineering teams on client engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Adoption Framework landing zones, Azure Migrate, enterprise networking, and workload right-sizing.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, databases, containers, Entra ID, RBAC, private endpoints, private DNS, and managed identities.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Foundry experience, including the azure-ai-projects Python SDK, agent deployments, model catalog management, and Azure AI Search.
  • Hands-on Copilot Studio experience with generative orchestration, environment administration, DLP, connector governance, and solution-based ALM.
  • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM and GitHub Actions using environments, protection rules, and OIDC federation.
  • Experience designing evaluation datasets, baselines, and thresholds for AI agent promotion.
  • Strong consulting communication skills, including technical documentation and executive, security, and governance presentations.
  • Preferred: relevant Microsoft, Terraform Associate, or GitHub Actions certifications.
  • Preferred: experience in regulated industries, Microsoft Purview, Application Insights, Power Platform administration, or AI governance boards.
