Description

  • Embed with assigned business units to identify technology transformation opportunities through structured discovery and diagnostic sessions.
  • Facilitate design-thinking workshops to turn pain points into scoped problem statements, success criteria, and MVP candidates.
  • Guide stakeholders through the use case intake process and determine whether opportunities are citizen development, quick wins, or longer development efforts.
  • Champion a consistent, repeatable approach that enables scale across the internal AI transformation function.
  • Serve as the continuity layer between business units and technology delivery teams to keep citizen and complex use cases aligned.
  • Provide guidance on platform fit and connect the right stakeholders at the right time without acting as the technical architect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions can be executed within AHEAD’s delivery model.
  • Assess workforce and role impacts alongside AI solution design and bring in change management partners when needed.
  • Support business unit stakeholders from initial demo through sustained adoption so solutions are actually implemented.
  • Capture, track, and report success metrics, early wins, time savings, and business value to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hands-on, cross-functional consulting or transformation role.
  • Ability to facilitate structured discovery sessions and design-thinking workshops.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business problems into scoped technology solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work across business units, technology teams, and change management partners.
  • Experience assessing adoption, workflow impacts, or organizational change needs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI platforms or AI-powered workflow transformation (preferred).
  • Ability to define and track success metrics such as time saved, errors reduced, adoption rate, and headcount impact.
  • Experience contributing to show-back/charge-back accountability or value reporting (preferred).
