Description

  • Design, build, and evolve the Managed Services AI platform with production-grade AI capabilities embedded in service delivery workflows.
  • Lead the development of agentic AI solutions for incident triage, classification, automated remediation, knowledge retrieval, summarization, and workflow orchestration.
  • Drive use cases from concept through prototype to production and ensure real operational adoption.
  • Design and implement agent-based architectures, including triage, resolution, remediation, RAG-based knowledge, orchestration, and multi-step workflow agents.
  • Define patterns for prompt design, structured outputs, tool integration, action execution, memory and state management, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Ensure AI workflows are observable, reliable, and continuously improving.
  • Architect and integrate AI capabilities across ITSM platforms, monitoring and observability tools, automation frameworks, runbooks, and knowledge management systems.
  • Embed AI into day-to-day operational workflows for multi-tenant, scalable managed services environments.
  • Establish and maintain AI architecture standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails for safe automation.
  • Drive measurable improvements in incident deflection, MTTR, automation coverage, ticket reduction, productivity, and client experience.
  • Partner with delivery, platform engineering, and operations leadership to scale adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/LLM-based systems, including agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms and integrations.
  • Strong background in IT operations, managed services, or service delivery environments.
  • Experience with automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience integrating with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and scripting environments.
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions with a strong execution mindset.
  • Experience building or deploying agentic AI systems in production environments, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AIOps, self-healing systems, and intelligent automation, preferred.
  • Experience working in multi-tenant or managed services delivery models, preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, governance, and scaling patterns, preferred.
