Description

  • Administer and manage Exchange Online services, including mailboxes, groups, rules, and policies.
  • Implement and maintain email authentication and security controls using Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Exchange Online and mail flow issues across dependencies.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Exchange Online services.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage identity and access in Microsoft Cloud and secure hybrid environments, including MFA, Azure Seamless SSO, and application registration.
  • Implement identity and access management policies such as conditional access, device compliance, PIM, RBAC, and risk-based access policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues and coordinate with IT security teams on solution security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Exchange Online and identity solutions with other IT systems.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, document processes, and maintain detailed system configuration and change records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience managing Exchange Online, Azure, identity management solutions, Intune, Teams, and the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and other identity management technologies.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as MS-220, MS-100, MS-200, MS-300, MS-500, MD-101, or AZ-140 (preferred).
  • Experience migrating on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online (preferred).
  • Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance regulations (preferred).
