Description

  • Analyze data and develop reports and models for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Build, enhance, and streamline reports that help stakeholders understand business performance and identify action points.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on business trends and results, and communicate findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide input on ongoing projects and initiatives to help achieve business targets.
  • Run and assess proposed actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve future team performance and measurement.
  • Prepare and present high-quality weekly reports and business insights to leadership.
  • Identify business and conversion drivers and use data to optimize them.
  • Develop and implement solutions to unique challenges using out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, project management, or operational excellence roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python, or similar tools.
  • Proven analytical mindset with a track record of using data to measure performance and support decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
