Description

  • Work with stakeholders across Agoda and Booking.com on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Improve operational efficiencies and workflows for the Strategic Partnerships team.
  • Own product-related issues, analyze existing data, and recommend product feature improvements.
  • Secure buy-in from the Product team for new features and enhancements.
  • Be responsible for the quality and integrity of SLAs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of technical processes, functions, and requirements.
  • Support strategic partnerships activities across business development, project management, contracting operations, risk assessment, collections, product development, and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or travel industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work with a multicultural group of professionals.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new tools and technologies.
  • Passion for solving hard problems at scale efficiently.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • Programming skills are a plus.
