Description

  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations and handle system requests.
  • Implement technical solutions across people platforms, including build, testing, and deployment, according to business requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements for HR technology systems.
  • Work with experienced HRIS specialists in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams that support Agoda’s people operations.
  • Gain exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday and contribute to system improvements.
  • Validate data and support system implementation activities.
  • Build a professional network while working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a global setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations, or prior HRIS experience.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative mindset with interest in finding new ways to improve processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms or understanding of HR systems or HR processes such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
  • Interest in data analysis, automation, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
  • Experience in people product management or people technologies is preferred.
  • Experience working in a diverse international company is preferred.
