Description

  • Identify growth opportunities among mid- to long-tail hotels using quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation.
  • Own end-to-end projects and roll out experiments to validate the in-market impact of Partner Development initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and track key metrics to monitor team performance and surface short- and long-term improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with analysts, regional team leads, product managers, and business owners to drive changes based on identified opportunities.
  • Support global Partner Development initiatives, including experimentation infrastructure building and methodology standardization.
  • Design and implement global experimentation and initiatives with regional teams to drive measurable market impact.
  • Use data to support recommendations and business improvement decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, or business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Coding skills for analytics and data manipulation, including SQL, R, Python, Pandas, or Scala.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or a similar tool.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and convincingly.
