Description

  • Own reporting and optimization for case volume, resolution rates, and time to resolve.
  • Monitor real-time data to detect site issues and technical anomalies affecting user experience.
  • Act as the bridge between Client Operations and Engineering for rapid incident response.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track suspicious activity and fraud patterns.
  • Build Tableau visualizations that help leadership understand operational performance and risk.
  • Investigate recurring issues to determine root causes such as product bugs, training gaps, or seasonal trends.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure support and site log data is ingested into Snowflake.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, high-impact recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Recommend ways to scale the service model without increasing headcount linearly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Operations, Trust & Safety, or Customer Support Analytics.
  • High proficiency in Tableau or Hex preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across disparate datasets.
  • Experience identifying anomalies or patterns associated with fraud or platform abuse is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
  • An inquisitive, problem-solving mindset focused on finding technical or process root causes.
  • Experience turning operational logs into actionable dashboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with support tools, platform usage logs, or similar operational data sources is beneficial.
