Description

  • Define and evolve portfolio value propositions and differentiated messaging for Digit, the Arc automation platform, and related technologies.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and high-profile product launches, including audience definition, naming, positioning, and marketing requirements.
  • Create and oversee technically accurate sales enablement content, including spec sheets, presentations, case studies, and videos.
  • Map automation buyer and operator decision journeys, pain points, technology stacks, buying processes, and KPIs to develop persona frameworks.
  • Translate analyst research, win/loss data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into actionable go-to-market insights.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to build expertise in hardware and software applications.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver product storytelling across marketing channels.
  • Set data-driven demand-generation priorities aligned with product capabilities and target industries.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing or product management experience.
  • Proven track record leading high-profile product launches for robotics, AI, or adjacent deep-tech hardware.
  • Ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear narratives for technical buyers and executive audiences.
  • Experience marketing to manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing industries is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and creative teams without formal authority.
  • Proactive ownership, follow-through, adaptability, and focus on outcomes.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.

  • Anticipated base salary range of $135,000–$210,000 USD, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Fully remote role, with hybrid options near Salem, OR; Pittsburgh, PA; or Fremont, CA.
