Description

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into actionable sprint plans and release schedules.
  • Lead day-to-day production across multiple cross-functional pods to keep teams aligned on product priorities.
  • Coordinate collaboration among design, engineering, QA, and art to deliver sprint commitments on time.
  • Own and maintain production schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Run Agile sprint ceremonies including standups, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Manage task tracking and workflow organization using tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Excel.
  • Coordinate cross-team reviews, user research, testing cycles, and release readiness activities.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, scope, timelines, and expectations for successful execution and launches.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and production challenges early and communicate solutions proactively.
  • Continuously improve pod workflows, processes, and coordination to increase delivery efficiency at scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience running cross-functional development for consumer digital products.
  • Experience owning and driving Agile development processes across multiple teams or pods.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, scope, and resources.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of reducing cycle time by optimizing end-to-end production workflows.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI- or automation-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scale execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress during periods of growth and change.
  • Strong familiarity with production and project management tools such as JIRA, Miro, Excel, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience working across teams at varying stages of maturity, with the ability to establish scalable operations (preferred).
  • Experience with free-to-play game development or running a live consumer product (preferred).
  • Passion for education and learning outcomes (preferred).

  • Estimated salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
