Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a specialized data operations team while contributing directly to technical work.
  • Own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of client eligibility and accumulator data.
  • Oversee file layouts, data mapping, and eligibility and accumulator data ingestion and egestion.
  • Set up, configure, and manage SFTP transmissions for clients and vendors.
  • Develop coding automations, monitoring, and alerts to reduce manual work and file transmission errors.
  • Manage change control for client data, file layouts, and production systems, ensuring changes are documented, tested, and approved.
  • Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and blocker removal.
  • Work directly with clients on data issues, onboarding, and escalations.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders on roadmap execution and prioritization.
  • Translate technical data and file issues for nontechnical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Direct, hands-on pharmacy benefit management experience with eligibility files, accumulator data, and claims adjudication.
  • 5+ years of experience in data operations, file management, or a related PBM, TPA, or adjudicator data role.
  • Prior people management experience, including coaching, expectation-setting, and accountability.
  • Experience setting up, configuring, and managing SFTP file transmissions.
  • Experience with change control in regulated or healthcare data environments.
  • Scrum Master experience or working knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices.
  • Ability to review SQL, file specifications, and automation code directly.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills across multiple clients, projects, and team priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%.
