Description

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing to support business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain financial models to forecast performance, reconcile results, and explain metric variances.
  • Collaborate with the ML modeling team to incorporate aggregated machine learning forecasts into financial planning.
  • Define top-line performance metrics and targets, then analyze and report realized financial performance to executives and company leaders.
  • Design and deliver scalable automated dashboards and analytics for cross-departmental and executive use.
  • Drive accountability for results through timely insights, reporting, and strategic analytical support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, concise reports.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to assess analyses in the context of broader business strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and executive presentation.
  • Excellent working proficiency in Excel, with readiness for a financial model case study.
  • Comfort with SQL, Looker, and/or other data visualization tools.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with merchant payments or analytical support for B2B client relationship and sales teams is a plus.
  • Curiosity to build processes, models, or tools with or around AI is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
