Description

  • Build a centralized reliability command center that provides a unified view of system health, risk, and reliability across services and environments.
  • Create AI agents to support incident triage, root-cause exploration, log and trace summarization, and next-step recommendations.
  • Develop developer-facing features and APIs that help engineers explore data, debug issues, and make decisions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, refactor, and ship high-quality code quickly.
  • Own projects end-to-end, including requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration based on feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product, infra, data, and SRE teams to translate pain points into practical solutions.

Requirements

  • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience architecting data-intensive applications and robust APIs.
  • Problem-solving and product sense, with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and iterate quickly toward a solution.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Practical use of LLMs or AI frameworks to improve automation and guidance with guardrails and citations.
  • Experience with distributed systems engineering is implied by the role context.
  • Comfort working in a highly creative, hands-on environment with a strong focus on reliability, quality, and maintainability.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $165,000 - $225,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT roles.
  • Base pay range of $146,000 - $206,000 per year for all other U.S. states.
