Description

  • Define and communicate a long-term Shopping & Offers product vision and strategy, and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
  • Oversee and scale consumer-facing surfaces including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings across platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team, including other people managers.
  • Align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans for complex initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders to improve the marketplace ecosystem and balance merchant and consumer needs.
  • Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis to improve completion rates and customer retention.
  • Own high-impact consumer journeys such as Agentic Search, Home, and Profile experiences.
  • Drive clear decision-making and execution across multiple product lines and teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping large-scale consumer products in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Experience operating through layers of leadership and scaling decision-making across diverse product lines.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear narratives and structured execution plans.
  • Familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, including using LTV/CAC and profitability assessments to guide prioritization.
  • Consumer-first mindset with a high bar for design polish and a commitment to honest financial products.

  • Base salary range of $300,000 - $360,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $267,000 - $327,000 per year for all other U.S. states.
