Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue segment leaders on long-term strategy, goal setting, and accountability for key outcomes.
  • Lead delivery of high-quality insights and analytics to Revenue leadership across market sizing, business performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business trends, KPIs, and leading indicators to identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Own the segment’s strategic narrative by structuring ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and concrete recommendations.
  • Partner with segment leaders to design and run the operating rhythm, including business reviews, executive escalations, planning cycles, and progress reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and tooling to improve workflows and scale analytical capabilities.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics roles, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven leadership experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience advising senior or executive leadership and influencing decisions and organizational change.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks and action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience creating data-backed narratives for business and technical stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Deep analytical fluency with SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and execution discipline with experience driving strategic initiatives from ideation through measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with the judgment to navigate competing priorities and build trust across stakeholders.

  • Base salary range of $245,000-$325,000 for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $217,000-$297,000 for other U.S. states.
