Description

  • Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms to ensure smooth daily operations and strong store performance.
  • Upload product listings and optimize titles, descriptions, and item specifics for target market preferences.
  • Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies such as discounts, campaigns, ads, and sponsored listings to drive traffic and sales growth.
  • Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
  • Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data across platforms and use insights to improve product and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to protect account health and business continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Solid understanding of platform policies for marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize performance.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across multiple e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with promotional campaigns, ads, and sponsored listings is preferred.

Benefits

  • Pay range of RM3,000 to RM5,000 MYR.
